Striker: Movie Review

I was wondering what would be the fate of striker after such less promotion. But now I think the movie can run on word of mouth. Yes, I loved striker. Or at least most parts of it. Though it was a one man show by Siddharth, and it’s only his second Hindi film, the Bomarillu guy knows what he is to do here, and to say the least, he is here to stay, however the movie fares.

Striker: Music Review

Striker is the new movie of actor Siddharth, the guy known for Rang De Basanti among Hindi cinema followers. The music for the album is created by various composers from Vishal Bharadwaj to Amit Trivedi to AR Rahman’s favorite Blaaze to Yuvan Shankar Raja who is composer of many Tamil and Telugu albums.

The best thing about the album is that it has six different composers and still manages to be good. Something that is not really common with music albums.

Striker: Teaser

mangne se milta nai hai, chheenna galat hai, sahi hai to sirf jeetna.

After Rang De Basanti, Siddharth is back to Bollywood with his next, solo film Striker. The film, set in 1980s, is a story of a guy who finds himself in the underworld as a result of his circumstances. The promo looks good and dialogs sound hard-hitting. The movie has an interesting cast and besides Anupam Kher and Aditya Pancholi, known television actors like Rajendra Gupta and Anoop Soni can be seen in the promo. Check out the promo for yourself. The movie releases on 5th February.
