Tera Kya Hoga Johny is not a regular movie, and the music isn’t regular either. Sudhir Mishra brings in Pankaj Awasthi and Ali Azmat to compose the music for the album and they definitely give some different music, that is their regular music. Here is an insight into the music of Tera Kya Hoga Johnny.
The album starts with the title song sung by Sukhwinder Singh, a not-so-typical-Pankaj-Awasthi composition that may remind one of Johnny Gaddar. It’s strange to see how Yash Raj Films suddenly picked an unknown composer called R Anandh for their new project Lafangey Parindey. Lafangey Parindey is the new movie of Pradeep Sarkar who has made Parineeta and Laaga Chunri mein Daag and this time moves to a totally different genre.
The album starts with a rock-ish title song sung by another newcomer called Rohit Sarkar. The song has a punch feel attached to it and Swanand Kirkire’s lyrics quite help that. YashRaj’s next is here. A boxer and a blind girl, sounds different and looks different too. Pradeep Sarkar, the director of movies like Parineeta and Laaga Chunri Mein Daag, has attemped something different compared to his previous movies. The trailer of Deepika and Neil Nitin Mukesh’s next movie Lafangey Parindey is out, and looks good to me.
It was the worst that could happen to a movie. But then, it seems now that it could do good to the movie. Sudhir Mishra’s Tera Kya Hoga Johnny, starring Neil Nitin Mukesh, was found uploaded on Youtube recently. The news became big and almost everyone knew of the leak. Now the good thing is that the movie has been removed from Youtube.
