If you’re not much into Urdu, this one may bowl you over as Sadka/Sadqa has a meaning that doesn’t come easily from the song Sadka kiya. Sadka literally is ‘giving voluntarily in the name of God’. So the lines Sadqa kiya yoon ishq ka actually mean that the person in question has given love in such abundance that the one who takes, finds the giver whenever s/he bows his/her head.
Bit tough to understand, but that was the meaning I could get out of the lines.

I believe it’s the other way around. He’s saying, “Sadqa kiya yun ishq ka, ke sar jhuka jahah deedar hua”, which means, I have given love in such abundance that I see my beloved every time I bow my head. I think in your explanation you have reversed the giver and recipient. But good job with the overall translation!
Sadqaa meaning is actually a little different. Usually it’s performing zibah on an animal (goat, cow, etc.) and giving the meat to the poor. It is similar to Qurbani eid, but sadqa can be done anytime- whereas, Qurbani is done only once a year. It’s usually done when someone is very sick or if there is a “balaa-museebat” in the family. As far as I know, sadqa is done with an intention.
SADKA also means charity…
there is an english word for sadqah “ALMS” which means, charity.
eg-agar tum kisiko chahte ho,so you do a charity or sadqah in the name of that person, and sadqah is done so that the person and your love be safe from all evil spirit.
