In class 9th, I had read a Hindi story of Uday Shankar Bhatt, called Naye Mehman. In the story, two guests comes to a household on an extremely hot summer day. The God and society fearing members of the household do their best to keep the guests happy even though they pray for their departure. The best part, they’re not clear who exactly these guests were.
End of the day, after having a lunch and troubling all the members of the household to the core, the guests get to know that they had come in the wrong house due to some confusion in names.
The trailer of Atithi tum kab jaoge reminded me of that story right away. Though the story of the film may be different, at least some things look similar. In fact, the story got me a good laugh, and Atithi tum kab jaoge looks like it will be able to make people laugh too. Here is the trailer of the movie.
